We just want to thank you for the wonderful experience we had with your company. As first time builders we came to you with a folder full of ideas for our dream home and you worked tirelessly to make that dream a reality. We really appreciated each and every person we worked with, from office personnel to the people that were working on the job site. Each person treated us as if our satisfaction was their personal mission. Square 1 made each step of the building process enjoyable and as hassle-free as possible. We were amazed at how quickly phone calls were returned and questions were answered...again, you made it clear that our satisfaction was taken very seriously. We have been in our "dream home" for nearly five months now and continue to be amazed at the quality and attention to detail that was taken. We have had complete strangers stop and ask us who our builder was! Square 1 gave us a chance to make a dream of ours a reality. Thank you!"

Square 1 was very up front and patient with regard to trying to keep to a budget amount and always patient with the changes we made along the way. They were always available and never made you wait for a call back with answers. We appreciated thier honesty, professionalism and desire to please their clients. The detail and craftsmanship of our home is wonderful. We enjoyed getting to know everyone at Square 1. We thank them all for such a pleasant experience and a wonderful home.
