Our goal is to construct your home in an organized and timely fashion. We schedule every home based on a 100-120 day turn around rate from the day we dig the basement (based on size and location). During the construction period our experienced sales staff will help you make selections for materials in and on your home from siding to paint to flooring. We are committed to make your home building experience exciting, fun, and memorable, but most of all, as stress free as possible.

As a member of the Elkhart County Builders Association, Square 1 Builders holds itself to a higher level of standards when it comes to service calls by supplying warranty and service to you as documented in the "Indiana Quality Assurance Builders Standards for Home Building & Remodeling" guide. This guide is provided to you and is very helpful for you and your family upon moving into your new home. All warranty work is completed by Square 1 employees and subcontractors to insure quality control.
